Current Juris Doctor student, aspiring lawyer, and pathological baker! As of 2025, I am pursuing my Juris Doctor, working part-time with a local physiotherapy clinic, and volunteering with Naarm Law Students, the Melbourne University Law Review, and On Bread:. I have a background in linguistics and Islamic studies, inspired by my privileged upbringing in Singapore and Malaysia. I have prior experience in Melbourne's private and public sectors as a Practice Manager and Administrative Coordinator of several outpatient services at Peter Mac. I strongly believe in saving time for my passions outside of work. I'm an obsessive baker and cook. I've co-founded On Bread: with a fellow Chef to design and prepare our own menus at local restaurants where we celebrate everything on and with bread. At home, I am always tackling new baking challenges. Currently, I am seeking excellence in the simple by rigorously testing a chocolate chip cookie recipe from scratch. Armed with spreadsheets, baker's percentages, textbooks, and commercial manufacturing books, I am close to 1,000 cookies baked with many more to go. I am always looking to talk shop with fellow bakers! I've also had the privilege to volunteer with Minus18 as a Youth Leader to deliver affirming events for LGBTQIA+ youth in Victoria. On campus, I've worked to combat sexual harm and discrimination on campus by designing and delivering peer-peer consent and discrimination workshops.
