Under the direction of Chief Financial Officer, oversee entire Financial Services operation which includes Auto and Student lending, credit card , deposits', foreign currency, travelers cheques, prepaid products and all other collateral revenue generating programs. Continually striving to maintain and increase household penetration and usage of financial products. Lead the development of monitoring and tracking of monthly results. Maintain high levels of customer statisfation with all products and financial services partners.
Developed, implemented and coordinated marketing designed to promote new member sales, member retention, Club financial products utilizing and maintianing the database. Lead all phases of membership marketing, financial products. Provided leadership and direction for membership acquisition and retention, database projects of major importance or complexity to staff including statistical modeling, analysis and segmentation. Formulated the scope and objectives, demonstrating detailed knowledge of the business. Oversaw the implementation and communication of database analysis regarding member demographic, renewal and usage trends to senior management. Supported the Club’s MRM (Member Relationship Management) initiative by analyzing and reporting on information needed to make MRM tactical and strategic decisions, by recommending policies and actions that will help the Club achieve its MRM objectives.
