February 2024 - Present Delta V Automation Engineer working on FUJIFILM Milky Way expansion project. Delta V area lead for Concentration, Formulation and Drug Dispense, working with CQV team to qualify and commission. Subject matter expert for Cross Site System Installation Verification Procedure for Milky Way project, Responsible for managing Delta V code transfer and Installation between sites for Utilities, Upstream and downstream areas. Writing Test protocols to allow seamless process thought out the Cross Site System Installation Verification Procedure.
January 2023 to February 2024 - Working on BioMarin Ringaskiddy site, Part of the on site Delta V project team, conducting code changes on upstream and utility areas, going through ACR site change control procedure from code development, SDS and SFS redlining, Qualifying and commissioning. duty's also included being part of the site manage service Team, solving real-time Delta V process issues on live plant activities, this include day support and out of hours on call support.
October 2021- January 2023- Worked on Janssen Bio1 site working on the manage service Team, solving real-time DeltaV process issues on live plant activities, responsible for making real-time interventions on Delta V system to allow minimum downtime on plant schedule duties also included out of hours on call support, Also worked on projects which activities include Design, internal testing, FATs, and commissioning. July 2019 - October 2021- Worked on Janssen Bio2 project commissioning Delta V, conducted code changes on upstream and downstream areas. Going through site change control procedure from code development, SDS and SFS redlining too Internally testing software against its SDS redlines, Qualifying and commissioning
April 2018 - September 2018 Janssen chemical site, work included loope checking onsite vara solvent scrubbing system on ABB Satline control system, Design and completed an OSI PI user interface for all site critical parameters for security usage, Supported day to day actives on site
