Implementation of a SHE management system within the business to create a foundation of EHS management within the business. 3. Addressing behavioural change through the mentoring and development of members of the leadership team alongside the operational team in respect to EHS management. 4. I provide strategic direction and leadership for Cobham Composite Technology (CCT) Environmental Health and Safety team / Initiatives. Primary responsibilities include; 1. Strategic leadership of CCT various Environmental Health and Safety initiatives such that CCT maintains and builds upon its reputation as a proactive industry leading company. 2. Chairs various internal organisational teams/committees that help develop CCT's Environmental & Safety mission, policies, and respective goals/objectives. 3. Develop the overall strategy of continuous improvement for CCT's Environmental Health and Safety Initiatives. 4. Understand the chemicals and any/all potential safety and environmental hazards used/present at all CCT Sites, take steps to reduce the use of problematic chemicals and to mitigate any potential safety and environmental health hazards. 5. Create and maintain program management systems to ensure that CCT's various Safety and Environmental Health management systems levels and compliance efforts are developed and continuously improved including certificating to international standards. 6.
