Entry-level IT Support Technician with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and system setup, having completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and currently working towards CompTIA A+. I’ve developed a strong interest in IT through both structured learning and hands-on experience, particularly in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. My training has covered troubleshooting hardware and software, networking fundamentals, operating systems, system administration, and IT security. Outside of my studies, I’ve built multiple PCs from the ground up and helped others upgrade and troubleshoot their systems. This has given me practical experience working with hardware, configuring BIOS settings, installing drivers, and identifying performance issues. It’s also helped me develop a more methodical approach to problem-solving. In my current role at Valneva, I work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment where attention to detail and clear communication are essential. I regularly follow structured processes, work under pressure, and collaborate with others to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, skills I’m looking to carry into an IT support role. I’m now looking to move into an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk role where I can continue developing my technical skills, support users effectively, and grow within a dedicated IT team.
