Led the design and implementation of a high-performance coaching methodology across the club structure. Delivered in-person mentoring and CPD support to elite coaches focused on leadership, alignment, and game model clarity. Elevated training standards and created a shared coaching framework used from academy to senior levels.
Guided the team to a Lone Star Conference Championship in USL2 through principle-based training and performance identity. Managed a hybrid staff of returning and developing coaches, integrating a mentorship structure focused on standards and scouting. Built and executed opposition analysis and post-game review systems aligned with team KPIs and game model.
Partnered with clubs and federations to develop strategic game models, talent ID frameworks, and coaching methodology. Delivered tailored coach mentorship programs focused on tactical identity, communication, and performance environments. Built and implemented long-term player development pathways aligned with elite club culture and high-performance systems.
Led community-based program for at-risk youth, using football as a tool for character development and life mentorship. Designed training focused on behavior standards, leadership habits, and game understanding.
Oversaw all football operations, including recruitment, budget, contracts, and performance for NWSL pro team. Led team to its first-ever championship: 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup title. Built multi-disciplinary performance environments across coaching, performance, medical, analysis and mental health & wellbeing departments.
