APQP •Developed of the new suppliers to meet corporate quality requirements •Analyzed statistical data to determine process capability and compliance to corporate engineering, quality and reliability standards •Conduct and evaluate suppliers according to Navistar supplier assessment documents. •Resolve supplier-related problems for the engine plants •Evaluated supplier's internal functions to assess overall performance and provides feedback •Review of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Inspection results. Work within the supplier organization to complete the necessary tasks for supplier qualification for Navistar •Completion of phased PPAP’s •Lead 8D problem solving teams, using various analytical tools. •Develop supplier quality systems to meet Navistar quality standards. Including long term assignments within the supplier’s plant for periods up to six month.
