I am responsible for providing IDD research and support to the North America, Caspian, Africa and Europe regions, and for the company's Equinor Ventures technology investment portfolio. Main duties are providing professional support to support Equinor in managing perceived integrity, safety, environmental and reputation risks in all projects and contracts undertaken worldwide. I also support the implementation and development of internal integrity due diligence (IDD) processes and procedures to assess and mitigate against actual and perceived risk to the company when working and collaborating with key partners and suppliers. Work includes preparation and delivery of bespoke research reports to Procurement specialists, internal COM advisors, business development teams, and project managers, conducting desktop research and reviewing external analysis on companies and individuals of interest. I also provide task management, caseload, and prioritisation support to the global IDD team across Equinor, to ensure that we deliver in accordance to the business requirements and with the required high quailty.
