• General residential management duties of one 53 unit building in the Mount Pleasant neigbourhood. Showing suites, and RTB forms, rent collection, tenant concerns. • Calling and liaison with trades, some repairs & maintenance, painting, drywall repair, flooring install, landscaping duties, lawn cutting, edging, hedge trimming, tree removal, pressure washing, driveway sealing, fence repair etc.
• General residential management duties of one 43 unit building in the West End. Showing suites, and RTB forms, rent collection, tenant concerns. • Calling and liaison with trades, some repairs & maintenance, painting, drywall repair, flooring install, landscaping duties, lawn cutting, edging, hedge trimming, tree removal, pressure washing, driveway sealing, fence repair etc.
• General residential management duties of 20 unit residential apartment building including advertising, showings, and RTB forms, rent collection, attend to residents’ concerns. • Repairs & maintenance, painting, drywall repair, flooring install, landscaping duties, lawn cutting, edging, hedge trimming, tree removal, pressure washing, driveway sealing, fence repair etc. • I also worked with the Property Manager on 10 single family multi-unit rental properties from Fraser Street & 12th Avenue to Commercial Drive & 5th Avenue. My main duties were hands on renovations of units from demo and framing to painting and finishing.
