Project Material Control 6 Trips managing the sea & air freight of materials for the Direct Export Project, bagging & tagging, siting & confirming. Also included 2 trips mainly on the 2017 Platform Shutdown material coordination

Daily communication with internal departments & quayside. Control & distribute platform stock using material management system. Unload containers, check against manifest & stow in correct locations. Monthly Inventory checks. Coordinate interfield sea & airfreight transfers. Book out materials using SAP system. Create REQs for non-SAP material order. Weekly participation in safety meetings.
