About

James believes process, training, and tools are the foundation of a high-performing team; healthy accountability and continuous improvement are the keys to sustained success. He has 19 years of operations experience at two major airlines.  As a Propulsion Engineer, he discovered his passion for throughput, productivity, and large-scale logistics. James has managed projects to improve processes, manage maintenance budgets, improve safety culture, and implement new technology into Delta’s operation.    James has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Kentucky University where he competed as an NCAA Division I Swimmer.  He also has a Jonah Certification in Theory of Constraints from the Goldratt Institute (AGI), Ramsey Certified Master Financial Coach, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society of Quality (ASQ).    James and his wife have four growing sons. In his free time, James enjoys lifting weights, 3D printing, tinkering with broken machines, watching documentary films, and trying to keep up with his kids’ hobbies.
