About

I am a passionate and driven exercise science student at flinders University, currently in my third year and progressing toward a master of clinical exercise physiology. My goal is to build a career in high performance or in the cardiac industry. Alongside my studies, I am an active athlete competing in the NBL1 competition. My backround across multiple sports including, basketball, football, and cricket has developed my understanding of athletic performance, teamwork, and resilience in competitive environments. I have also spent the past four years coaching junior basketball, where I was honoured to receive the 2025 most improved coach of the year award. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate, lead, and support athlete development at a foundational level. Currently, I am gaining hands on industry experience within the high performance program at the port Adelaide football club, where I am developing practical skills in elite sport environments. In addition, my role as a disability support worker has allowed me to make a meaningful impact by supporting young individuals to improve their daily physical activity and overall quality of life. This had further developed my interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to adapt training approaches to suit individual needs. I am highly motivated to continue developing as a practitioner in strength and conditioning and clinical exercise physiology, with a strong interest in athlete development, performance optimisation, and long term health outcomes.
