A graduate of Warsash Maritime School with a focus on electrical engineering, currently serving as a 3rd Electro-Technical Officer at Carnival UK aboard the Queen Mary 2. Core competencies include ship management, marine safety, and ship operations. Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse technical roles spanning communications, hotel systems, deck safety, and engine operations during cadetship. 3rd Electro-Technical Officer currently sailing on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2
I gained over 8 months sea time onboard MS Queen Victoria & MV Ventura as a cadet. In this time I completed my MNTB training record book. I experienced many different roles across the ship these including, ETO work spanning from communications, hotel, deck and safety all the way to engine work. As well as this I spent time with the engineering team on watch learning valuable skills. I also got involved with the deck department and completed watches on the bridge as well. This all broadened my horizons, and made me a far more rounded officer. I passed my III/1 ETO oral exam May 2023.
