Managing Partner involved in new client acquisition, client relations, policies and procedures, licenses and certificates and oversee operations. Hire and build teams for cafes and roasting facility. Oversee all Progress branding, language and collateral design for dissemination. Work with clients to create in-house coffee branded packaging in line with respective marketing specifications. Manage shipping and receiving logistics for all incoming/outgoing products in-line with major client processes.
Involved in writing content including highly successful grants, social media and donor communication. Manage media projects ranging from video/PSA creation to awareness campaigns. Create content and language for disseminating message across various platforms. Involved in donor events and relations as well as corporate partnership development.
