I am an experienced attorney with over twenty-five years of in-house experience in commercial transactions; advertising, marketing and consumer protection law; regulatory compliance; employment law; litigation management; and consumer and vendor disputes. I was recognized by senior management for keen insight into compliance and operational challenges. I am a persuasive advocate adept in lobbying clients’ positions through positive but firm negotiation sessions with government officials. I am skilled at negotiating enterprise agreements with local, regional and national scope. I hold licenses to practice law in North Carolina and Georgia. I retired as an United States Air Force Reserve Officer with over eight years active duty service and over sixteen years of reserve service.
Assist in protecting KORE’s legal interest and maintains KORE’s operations within the scope established by the General Counsel, Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Director. Provides hand-on counsel to all levels of the executive staff and manages the overall operations of the legal Department. Identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafts key documents, presents clear recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team, and assures legal and regulatory compliance. Manages the Carrier Agreements, Reseller Agreements, the Environmental, Social and Governance program, and the plans, policies and procedures across the various departments of KORE. Conducts due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and investigates employment issues and customer disputes.
Handled all commercial legal matters in support of Gusto's Head of Product and Commercial Legal. Drafted, negotiated, and reviewed a wide variety of complex contracts, including product partnerships, SaaS, IaaS, enterprise, and license agreements. Oversaw the Commercial team’s negotiation and review of vendor contracts, consulting agreements, service agreements, advertising agreements, and NDA/MNDAs. Partnered closely with the Finance, IT, Security and Environmental teams to scale the procurement process.

Provides legal advice to Sales Leaders and the Controllers in the National Account Sales organization on negotiations strategy and fallback positions on non-standard customer request. Drafts and reviews sales agreements and amendments, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other privacy agreements.
