Filming multiple angles of both training and match day games for Senior & NEAFL Squads, ensuring capture of key positional play and instances. Ensuring maintenance of all IT equipment used to record training sessions and games for the senior squad, including cameras, laptops and remote servers. Collating all footage and statistics into a package that is to be made readily available for senior coaching staff and players at the conclusion of training and match day. Coding training drills and matches focusing on the recording of player and team statistics. Troubleshooting for coaching staff and playing group that may have any issues with accessing data or footage.
Managing and rostering a team of 70 staff to deliver care for NDIS, CDC and brokerage clients needing complex, high and low level care provided by Community Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses. Managing the staff deployment and ongoing scheduling of staff to clients from the aged care and disability sector, in addition to clients with dementia and challenging behaviour’s, ensuring stable rosters and continuity of staff. Working with coordination team to host staff meetings and training groups. Assisting in the performance management of support workers.
Required liaising with both colleagues and clients via face to face, email and phone contact, maintaining a presentable office ensuring functionality. Answering phones as first point of call for the business.
Duties at the Two Wolves include food service, bartending and waiting tables. I previously resided in Bellarmine House, located above the Two Wolves, as a result I was expected to take on a prominent role within the Cantina and drive community engagement. The Two Wolves is a volunteering hub that supports global partner organizations, predominantly within the Jesuit network. The restaurant is run completely by volunteers who are associated with the Jesuit community in Sydney.
