Experienced and committed school leader with a strong background in primary education, currently serving as Deputy Head Teacher in a junior school. I bring a breadth of experience across all year groups in the primary phase, having previously held leadership roles including Assistant Headteacher and Year Group Leader in a range of school settings. As a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Educational Visit Coordinator, I place pupil wellbeing, safety, and enrichment at the heart of school life. I’m passionate about building inclusive, high-performing learning environments where children and staff can thrive. Alongside my current role, I also serve as a school governor, contributing to strategic development and governance in another educational setting. I'm dedicated to continuous improvement, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in education.
