As a Chief Technical/Operations Officer, I render services to MobiCom by recognizing technology trends and by ensuring progress towards these trends. Further, I oversee the company operations through a team of program directors and project managers. In this capacity, I interact, guide and lead the Technical Business Development, Pre-sales and post-sales functions in Telecom & IT eco-system. I also act as a Lead Business Strategy Manager to plan, implement and monitor the Strategic initiatives of the company. Strategizing on company expansion in EU, UK, India and other markets. Under this Organization, I manage a team of 8 Senior Project, Product and Operations Managers reporting to me directly who in-turn manage about 400 employees between them.
