• Monitor jobseekers attendance at appointments and participation in activities such as employment, education, training and work experience • Reviewing jobseekers progress towards overcoming identified vocational and non-vocational barriers. • Ensure all jobseeker records, data and contact hours are recorded in both the electronic and hard copy form on company and government information systems. • Ensure the confidentiality and security of records. • Maintain and record reporting statistics on a monthly basis to supervisor. • Negotiate employment opportunities with employers and promoting job seekers for vacancies. • Undertake reverse marketing and cold canvassing on behalf of our jobseekers. • Establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders. • Participate in individual, team or site meetings, conferences and workshops. • Ensure the safe and secure storage of all files and file notes on customer exit. • Negotiate and resolve any customer complaints with the Employment Services Manager or Team Leader. • Ensure that records of complaints and resolutions are agreed to and maintained on the customer file records. • Advocate on behalf of our jobseekers to employers, service providers, government agencies as required • Ensure all activities and workplaces take into account any barriers and or disabilities of a jobseekers and are appropriately modified or customized. • Provide tailored individual post placement and on-going support to jobseekers and employers.
