Hands-on Project Manager of ELV/ Security/ smart building solutions for more than 22 years. I have worked both as an ELV consultant and an ELV system integrator. I have hands-on Design, Presales, value engineering, preparation of technical submittals & shop drawings, Implementation and T&C as per the tender specifications, authority guidelines and industrial standards. Also, I'm driving the team of subcontractors, and leading the implementation and T&C team with the coordination of other third-party stack holders. I have achieved mutual goals quickly, cost-effectively, and according to exceptional standards and hope to bring this expertise to the organization. With strengths in team leadership, scheduling, budget administration and inventory control, I can successfully accomplish all the Project management needs. I can work easily with leadership to evaluate and optimize procedures as well as plan and execute upgrades, installations, or other needed changes to ELV systems. I hold Master of Science in Industrial Electronics from Bharathidasan University -India and Master of Business Administration from Dr.CV Raman University - India. I’m a PRINCE2 practitioner and Six Sigma Yellow Belt professional. And I'm an active member in Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET)-UK. I have executed High-rise buildings, Hotels, Hospitals and Government projects in Bahrain, UAE, KSA, Qatar and India. I do have strong strength in the initiation of the projects, implementation, T&C and handling sites in terms of managing people and materials, in order to achieve tasks as per the project schedule. Keeping Technicality aside, I'm a self-starter, able to work under pressure, having excellent communication, presentation and motivational skills. Moreover, I’m holding valid driving licenses Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and India.
Overall in-charge for project deliverables such as Value Engineering, Shop drawings, Technical submittals, and procurement. Installations / Executions as per the tender specifications, approved drawings, authority guidelines and industrial standards within given project schedule and stipulated budget. Liaise with various vendors, manufactures and internal procurement team to deliver the project materials within the project schedule. Coordinate with Main contractor, Consultants, Project/ Construction Managers, Sub-contractors, and other third party stakeholders to drive the project successfully.
