    Helping ECRI's Secretariat to prepare country monitoring visits by drafting briefing papers on member states. This type of work involves extensive research using a wide variety of sources and a sound analysis of data and reports. Briefing papers contain a concise review of whether the legal system and policies of the member state subject to monitoring are in line with ECRI’s standards. They deal with equal access to rights, inclusive education, hate speech, hate-motivated violence, integration policies for migrants and minority groups as well as the human rights of LGBTI persons. Participation in numerous online and hybrid meetings, including ECRI’s March and June/July plenaries, ECRI working group meetings as well as several events and conferences organised by other Council of Europe bodies, such as the Parliamentary Assembly, and other international organisations, including the United Nations and the European Commission. Following these events and reporting back to the ECRI Secretariat. Assisting the Secretariat extensively in the organisation of country visits and working on the preparation of various publications and internal research documents, including on combating racism in employment.
