As Global CIP manager, my task is leading global team of Continous Improvement specialist and methodicall leading of regional Continous Improvement managers. Main goal is to create new ways and strategies so our plants can become more LEAN, and also keep the tools we have running and functional.
As a cluster maintenance coordinator I have task to coordinate actions of my plants (9 plants) to achieve goals setted by Global maintenance department in cooperation with other departments. Main goal is digitalization of maintenance and be sure, that plants switch to new maintenance monitoring system according plan and in given due date. Introducing and coaching maintenance managers in case of new standards and new procedures are introduced by company.
Head of Continuous improvement plant managers in cluster Steel (CZ, SK, RU). Leading plant CIPs methodically to achieve globally given goals and due dates.
Creating material and information flows for new projects to help and set up best way for new parts smoothly flowing through whole plant. Looking for new ways how to improve our procesess and current status of our plant (KAIZEN) based on lessons and learned from previous projects. Setting up and calculating internal transport cycles based on production data and our processes needs. Communication with suitable departements (TIE, PR, LG). Calculating necessary stocks of in-process supplies based on internal transport cycle and process cycle. Packaging development for NPIs in cooperation with other suitable departements (quality, LG, ect..). Based on 3D data and drawing developing the most suitable and effective packaging for new parts through whole organization. Calculating neccesary number of packaging in the loop and future cost of packaging to help our organization better understand our real needs in case of packaging.
Packaging development for new project in cooperation with production, LG and other departements. Creating and improving packaging standards to achieve consistent packaging portfolio in our plant. Based on 3D data and technical drawings developing new prototypes of packaging cooperating with suppliers. Presentation of developed packaging in front of customer (Škoda, BMW, VW) - participate in packaging approval meeting to achieve the most suitable agreement with customer. Calculating future cost of packaging in "kick-off" stage of project to help other departements set up future costs needed for smooth project start in packaging way of view.
