For many years I've been coordinating the international cooperation and program at the Economic Forum - leading political-social-economic conference in Central and Eastern Europe. Collaborating with partners from Italy and the United States. Putting things together like a Tetris champ, sometimes, proving that impossible is nothing. Conducting research, analyzing, and working to strengthen transatlantic relations as a Fellow at Delphi Global Research Center and a Non-Resident Fellow at FPRI Eurasia Program. Proving that sport is increasingly important in international relations and economy as a Member of the Scientific Committee of the Center for Sports, Diplomacy and Innovation at Rome City Institute.
• Conducting research, writing and publishing analysis on transatlantic relations, EU, European defense, Poland, Ukraine and cultural diplomacy • Organization of virtual and in-person events
• Conducting research, writing and publishing analysis on transatlantic relations, politics of the CEE region with special focus on the role of Poland • Organization of virtual and in-person events
• Coordination of the creation, development and implementation of the program of the Economic Forum (3 days, 500 debates, 2000 speakers) and other events organised by the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies (European Congress of Local Governments, CEE Security Forum) improving speaker and partner engagement and international reach • Setting directions for development of the substantive part of the Economic Forum • Leading the team of the Program Department of the Economic Forum (10+ employees, substantive and organizational supervision, HR) • Close cooperation with the Board and other departments in order to organize the Economic Forum and other events (content-related, logistic and promotional aspects) and advising on key development decisions • Overseeing cooperation with foreign partner institutions (acquisition, joint initiatives, implementation of agreements) • Organization and coordination of foreign business missions (partner relations, program, logistics) • Overseeing preparation and implementation of international and national grant projects • Development and internationalization of the Youth@Forum project, which gathers young leaders from Poland and other European countries • Contact and cooperation with Italian and American partner institutions (Administration, NGOs, Business) • Coordination of the participation of Italian and American delegations in events organised by the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies • Building and strengthening Polish-Italian and Polish-American relations • Creating analyses on the Italian and American political, social and economic situation • Speeches and moderation of discussion panels, presentations, conversations with the high-level speakers at the Economic Forum and other events in Europe and United States
• Contact and cooperation with Italian partner institutions (Administration, NGOs, Business) • Coordination of the participation of Italian delegations in events organised by the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies • Building and strengthening Polish-Italian relations • Creating analyses on the Italian political, social and economic situation
