I build products across the full stack: from hardware certified across a good dozen markets (three continents), to regulated FinTech, to SaaS running Switzerland's SME accounting infrastructure. Before that, I designed buildings and built a portable 3D scanner that predated Google's Project Tango. Led product at FinTech for cash handling: from own compliance platform to B2B2C (SDKs integrated by international banks) and B2C solutions. Navigated full M&A due diligence as acquisition candidate of an S&P 500 company.
Led product and operations, in the renewable energy & decarbonisation space, across hardware, platform, and consumer energy applications for smart grid infrastructure - B2B, B2B2C, and B2C simultaneously.
Smart home IoT security and insurance (B2C). Hardware: 0 to mass-market in 15 months, certified across three continents (Asia, Europe, North America). Insurance product: 0 to market in 9 months. Helvetia Switzerland's first corporate spinout.
