• Led the tracking & reporting of resource allocation of 6 internal functions across 15 different countries • Developed 10 dynamic Power BI dashboards for the Leadership Team, enabling detailed monitoring of the evolving costs of 231 projects • Collaborated with HR to create People-focused reports for senior stakeholders to analyse skill gaps across departments, salary against performance scores and other key metrics such as attrition, cost variance & diversity. • Coordinated closely with senior management to seek feedback on built dashboards, understand their ad-hoc requests and execute these through constant iterations & improvements. • Built dashboards from scratch that automatically refreshed by utilising APIs & SharePoint and employed Row-Level Security to restrict access to certain departments for users and deliver a tailored experience. • Utilised a data lakehouse & dataflows to ingest huge data from various sources such as Azure, AWS & internal forecasting spreadsheets to provide a complete, live picture of the £7m Cloud spend landscape. • The Cloud dashboard became a one-stop shop for senior stakeholders & technical users alike to quickly identify trends and any significant variances that need addressing • Acted as a key point of contact for service delivery managers, HR & Finance when it comes to resource forecasting, actuals tracking & cloud spend.
• Developed 12 comprehensive Power BI dashboards tailored to various departments & stakeholders within a government agency enhancing decision-making capabilities. • Streamlined the data processing pipeline by leveraging Alteryx’s capabilities resulting in significantly faster processing times, accurate data and dynamic dashboards. • Engaged with a leading aviation analytics company & different internal PwC teams to identify data-driven solutions in the industry and the potential for a professional partnership. • Designed & implemented an intuitive, custom dashboard enabling the partner and management team to track to effortlessly track finances and team performance metrics in real-time. • Actively pursued professional development through engagement in numerous courses & certificates such as the Alteryx Designer Core Certification, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals & a 22-hour training course in Power BI. • Took on a leadership role by organising & leading a weekly Alteryx challenge for the team, fostering teamwork & collaboration to explore different perspectives when problem-solving. • Contributed to a positive team culture by serving on the social committee, fostering a sense of community & enhancing team morale.
