Designing sound/video/control systems all day every day. Managing the install department and implementing processes to simplify and improve the integration experience for our customers. Grew the department from 3 employees to 24 at its largest. Some key projects completed under my supervision include Rice Eccles Stadium, KFC Yum center, This is the Place State Park, Living Planet Aquarium, conference rooms, board rooms, and many schools in the K-12 space and many others.
