Leading a small team, enabling efficient site operations. Planning staff rotas and team objectives to deliver residential courses to timetable stipulations. Constructing, maintaining and ultimately removing temporary site structures.
Candidate Management – research, interview and prepare candidates for appropriate careers. Client Management – research, contact and secure new business as well as build on relationships with existing business. This was made particularly challenging by being given complete autonomy to develop new business. Database Administration – ensuring all activities were logged on existing client and candidate report system (Salesforce). Updating all documentation and large database cleansing. Account/Project Management – Ensuring all existing clients were satisfied with the service they were receiving. Planning, implementing and delivering strategies to complete projects/contracts. This included managing fees and budgets relevant to specific roles and clients.
