•Manages all incoming communications and documents for the Outreach, Recruitment, and Training (ORT) section. This includes handling general documents such as voter registration forms, applications for election workers, and high school student applications. •Conducts extensive data entry, verifying voter registration statuses •Assists in leading outreach events throughout the County. •Assists with filing and securing ORT documents and handling incoming mail. •Supports other sections when necessary, including proctoring in-person quizzes and addressing inquiries at the front desk.
• Works with the United Nations Human Rights Council and three overseas non-profit organizations on a project to assist victims of violent extremism and human trafficking. • Contributes to datasets with contact information of refugee resettlement agencies to keep the United Nations better connected to organizations assisting refugees. • Coordinates numerous projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals and conflict resolution. • Drafts numerous reports on geopolitical situations. • Helped organize the 2022 UN RCE Network Americas Regional Meeting.
• Coordinated with city, county, and state officials throughout Montgomery County, Maryland, to work on creating an initiative to reduce parking minimums county-wide and conduct a public transportation accessibility audit to ensure that individuals with disabilities have proper and more accessible access to all bus stops and other modes of public transportation. • Authored proposals for both projects and ensured they align with SDG11 of the Sustainable Development Goals for fostering more sustainable urbanism and looking for more sustainable ways of developing cities. • Worked with multiple young Sustainable urban planning advocates from around the world as part of a collaborative effort to foster cooperation and guidance in providing each other feedback on our proposed projects for our local areas. • Collaborated on a global solution to address abolishing parking minimums in urban cores to reduce automobile greenhouse gas emissions and encourage more walkable urban cores in many cities worldwide.
• Administered Databases and authored publications for two different divisions within the Human Resources Directorate (HRD). • Functioned as a liaison between both divisions and the rest of the Fund, along with the Office of the Managing Director. • Coordinated weekly meetings of the boards of directors of each division. • Worked on research projects that better assist the work of both divisions as well as the fund as a whole.
