A hardworking and dedicated individual that became a fully qualified chartered accountant in September 2023 through completing the AAT and ACA qualifications. I previously worked at RSM UK in the Accounting and Financial Reporting service line, where my role had a strong focus on managing and assisting clients with the preparation of financial statements for large companies and consolidations under both FRS 102 and IFRS. This role also involved providing advisory services to clients in relation to company and/or group transactions as well as ensuring compliance with the relevant front-end reporting and disclosure requirements. During my time at RSM, I was also well experienced in preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management accounts as well as assisting clients with the use of accounting software platforms such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks. I have recently moved into an industry role at Serco as a senior financial accountant, specialising in revenue accounting and financial reporting across the Health and Transport and Community Services business units. Experienced in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls within complex, contract-based environments. Passionate about driving process improvements, enhancing reporting efficiency, and partnering with operational and commercial teams to support business performance.
