This role required extremely high levels of time management and organization skills in order to meet the corporate and collective needs of the board members and executive director. Primary responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, scheduling & calendar management, board governance materials & meetings, social media & website growth, special project liaising, partnership development, marketing & events, and more. Additionally served as Interim Executive Director for six months, which greatly enhanced leadership capabilities.
This position required clear communication skills and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment to provide a satisfactory experience for a diverse number of customers and patrons. Responsibilities included front-facing customer relations, large volume cash management under surveillance, and precise, mathematical skills.
