James Madison University 2024 Economics - BS graduate. I am working for PerLectric as an Assistant Project Manager in the DC area. Currently working on commercial projects in DC. Previous experience includes mission critical data centers.
- Currently working as an APM at Capital One Arena throughout its transformation.
-Worked on-site as an APM building mission critical data centers. -Managed multiple subcontractors and their scheduling and change orders (200k+ contracts). -Managed procurement of material (bulk buys, releases, and one offs). -Managed prefabricated work orders (internal to REI). -Wrote 50+ project change orders to the GC.
I interned as a cost accountant, doing cost transfers and working in Oracle's many functions daily. I also worked with project management, billing, and purchasing and have an understanding of each. I learned Rosendin's month to month financial operations and got the chance to experience what it's like to work in finance within a billion dollar revenue generating company
