I begun work as a sales assistant and have been working my way up through the company after becoming full time in the last two years. I have gone from a sales assistant to a Duty Manager and I am currently a Supervisor. My main responsibilities as a Duty Manager are opening and closing the store when the manager is absent. My other responsibilities include the security and safety of all customers, staff and the store. I am to ensure company procedures are complied with always. Another part of my job is cashing up. At the start of 2015 began my training to become a Supervisor on 25/03/15 I pass the requirements became a fully qualified Supervisor which means it is my job to support the manager and my team to ensure high standards are delivered across the store.
