As the band manager and leader for my Zibfunk group, I am tasked with communicating with venue booking managers, creating invoices to send to accountants, paying each performing musician, creating social media content, branding and finding subs. - Help with the onboarding process for new clients with a consistently elite 90% NPS feedback rating. - Seize networking opportunities with entrepreneurs and office clients, with the goal to understand their business needs and how our team can help them with continual success. - Expertly submit cost control tickets for fixes and centre improvements with an 80% approval rating (company median is below 50%). - Helped home centre at Spaces Bay Street achieve consistent quarterly occupancy goals and received bonus for four consecutive.
