Solution: Developed code to synchronize wrapper recharges via web service calls to SAP CC, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Tech: Mediation,APL, SOAP web services, SAP CC integration. Results: Enhanced recharge process efficiency, reduced reconciliation errors, and improved system reliability. 2.Offline Charging for Jio's AirFiber Customers Problem: Needed solution for offline charging for Jio's AirFiber to ensure billing accuracy. Solution: Developed passive mediation system to decode ASN1 CDR, generating CSV files for 25 zones. Created an active workflow to read CSVs and make Java API calls to SAP CC using SAP CC Batch agent for charging. Tech: Passive Mediation, ASN1, CSV Generation, SAP CC Integration. Results: Implemented offline charging, ensuring accurate billing for Jio's AirFiber. 3.Customer Migration to JRCS from SAP CC Problem: Required mediation system for migration of customers from SAP CC to JRCS (Jio's Charging System) for improved service offerings. Solution: Developed active mediation workflows to seamlessly provision customers to JRCS, leveraging Redis as the database for efficient data management.
