As a Ski Lift Operator, I was responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ski lifts, providing excellent customer service to guests, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere on the mountain. My duties included assisting guests with loading and unloading, conducting routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks, and communicating effectively with both guests and team members to coordinate lift operations.
Developed formal communication resources appropriate for use by a diversity of orthopaedic trauma patients, focusing specifically on usage of medical implants within two stage joint revision surgery and periprosthetic joint infections. Effectively convey complex technical information about medical device implants to patients in a clear and empathetic manner. Conducted formal presentation of developed resources for approval and publishing. Drafted research articles for academic publishing including review for accuracy and completeness.
