I work on go-to-market at Wonderful, helping enterprise teams make AI agents real across their workflows. For the last 15+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and corporate innovation in Latin America. My focus has always been the same: helping ambitious teams move from ideas and pilots to real adoption. Today, that focus is AI. Not AI as a demo, a deck, or a trend, but AI agents that can operate inside enterprise workflows, improve customer experience, support teams at scale, and create measurable business impact. I also host Innovación Sin Barreras, where I explore the many facets of AI transformation: change management, technology, adoption, and return on investment. After more than 240 conversations with leaders across Latin America, the new season is focused on enterprise AI adoption and how organizations move from strategy to production. I extend that conversation through my writing for Semana Económica, where I cover technology, innovation, and the practical implications of AI for companies in the region. Previously, I directed Wayra Peru, Telefónica’s innovation hub, helping startups scale and connect with enterprise opportunities. I also led SHIFT, a corporate innovation community in Peru, and worked with early-stage B2B SaaS founders through Worthit. I earned a Master’s in Technology Management from Columbia University and completed Singularity University’s Graduate Program at NASA. In 2015, MIT Technology Review recognized me among Peru’s most innovative people under 35.
