•Monitor all initiatives related to the airport’s Safety Management System. •Advise, support and train company and airport employees to maintain compliance with local and international regulations. •Facilitate the necessary review of evacuation plans, and liaise with respective department managers and airport stakeholders to schedule evacuation drills and emergency response exercises. •Prepare and post Health and Safety Awareness materials throughout airport facility. •Coordinate emergency drills and other exercises.
•Manages the administration and training of the AVOP program at LPIA. •Assists with the preparation of manuals and the revision of various department related documents. •Conducts Airside inspections inclusive of runway/ taxiway inspections. •Coordinates Wildlife management initiatives. •Conducts safety audits and incident/ accident investigations related to Public Safety.
•Management of key activities that impacted terminal operations. My responsibilities included meeting customer service centered demands of both internal and external stakeholders and facilitating terminal projects and special requests. •Facilitated solutions to customer complaints. Based on the responses, recommendations were made about activities that would better suit passengers’ and tenants’ needs. •Carried out the operations plan. This included organizing emergency drills and emergency evacuations.
•Assisted customers with daily banking activities while applying Know Your Customer requirements. •Assisted Sales and Marketing division through referrals of new and existing clients to various banking services.
