-Manage complex calendar and scheduling for various level teams, for an organization of 700+ spread throughout multiple regions around the world -Remain buoyant with frequently changing deliverables, calendar shifts and team priorities -Prioritize and handle time-sensitive, confidential information within a timely manner -Schedule large scale events from start to finish to include org wide All-hands, team off-sites, social events and team morale -Handle logistics for up to VP level conferences (Logistics include but not limited to domestic/international travel, hotel, ground transportation, catering, travel itinerary, etc.) -Maintain and edit team access pages, such as Workdoc folders, Wikis, Sharpoint, OneNote.
Coordinate interviews, meetings, travel for several teams across Amazon. Manage small projects within my recruiting team. Develop and update standard processes.
