Routine breakdowns and visual checks in regular shift and the routine setup of different types of sensors used in conveyor system and electrical safeties in machines. Responsible for maintaining all spare parts which are used in maintenance Team Handling up to 12 employs in all utility section. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the problem as quickly as possible Recommend replacement of old or faulty electrical & instrument. Responsible for maintaining the checklist and relevant documents including ISo. Vendors handling, quotations for spares & negotiations. Daily MIS report generation and SAP entries including Purchase Requisition. Handling all service engineers which have come from outside. Project handling for new plant implementation. Arranging shift schedule of our team. Get together with our team for implementation and what went wrong in previous month. Leadership and Supervision. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement a proactive maintenance program that decreased equipment downtime and improved overall system reliability. Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance audits, contributing to efficient reporting and management oversight. Commissioned Cylinder filling station plant for filling high pressure gases Argon, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, helium and their mixtures up to pressure 300 bar 1. Completed all the statutory requirements including getting license from PESO, DISH, PCB, Metrological department, fire department etc 2. Installation & Commissioning of 4 individual high pressure cryogenic reciprocating pumps (Cryostar, ICL) for filling of gases at pressure upto 300 bar 3. Commissioning of vacuum insulated storage tanks for storage of cryogenic liquid product nitrogen, oxygen,CO2, Argon 4. Installation and commissioning of fire fighting equipment's which includes Jockey/ Main/Diesel and Booster pump for the Hydrant and sprinkler system. 5. Pneumatic testing ,hydrotesting internal cleaning of pipeline at 450 bar pressure. 6. Insulation of cryogenic pipeline puff & rockwool 7. CIG approval for the 11kv power at plant. 8.
