Operations Manager for the Ostsee LNG Pipeline project, responsible for planning, engineering and execution of construction operations for ultra fast-track Ostsee LNG Pipeline. Project scope was construction of ~51km 48'' concrete coated pipeline and related testing and precomissioning activities. Pipeline was installed by means of 2-off shore pull operations, pipelay and AWTI. Less than 18 months separated the preliminary concept phase to pipeline entering service. Initiated my involvement at the ITT phase and prepared the successful technical bid package.
Seagreen Windfarm Project; offshore engineering and coordination of 114 wind turbine jacket installation campaign. Productivity based installation philosophy with focus on optimising installation cycle times. Working with geotechnical specialists to facilitate fast and robust jacket installation under varying and highly challenging soil conditions.
Responsible for all installation engineering activities on the EPCI of the Tolmount Pipelines; 48km 20'' concrete coated gas export pipeline with 3'' methanol piggyback pipeline, initiated by shore pull. 2.5km of open cut pre-lay trenching and backfilling, 45km of post lay trenching and backfilling. Construction of 2-off crossings, fabrication of all temporary works and spools, FCGH and diver assisted installation and tie-in of spools. Responsible for management of key subcontractor packages. Offshore for entire installation phase to oversee operations. Initiated my involvement with project at ITT stage, and prepared the successful technical bid package.

Engineering analysis for installation of subsea pipelines. Primarily rigid pipelines (S-Lay and J-Lay), but also reel lay of flexibles and umbilicals. Responsible for performing analysis and producing documents for activities including; -Pipelay (Static, Dynamic, Fatigue, Start-up, Laydown, A&R, Above Water Tie In's and Bend Stability) -Barge configuration -Mooring operations -Ploughing operations Also includes working offshore, providing support and on-line analysis during construction phase, on projects such as Nord Steam and Gjoa.
