During this time, I completed a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science and co-authored a published research paper related to my studies. Manage the internal transfers process across all APAC based requisitions by partnering with hiring managers, compensation partners, and HRBPs. Advise and consult with employees who are interested in internal transfers, helping them with job matching and guiding them on compensation, immigration, relocation benefits.
Part of the APAC Candidate Experience Team responsible for coordinating interviews and driving exceptional candidate experience for a diverse range of candidates. Organize a high volume of interviews while maintaining professional communication and service across all stakeholders. Project & Assignment Highlights: - Workload planning, monthly and quarterly business reports - Led Interviewer Engagement Program - Facebook Assignment Manager - 3 Reports - Led and implemented a global playbook framework for the APAC team. - Standardized interviewer training and calibration process for Meta Business Group, guiding coordinators, recruiting and business stakeholders.
Human Resources: - Manage internal recruitment processes and coordinate interviews for the business units. - Plan and execute employee performance management exercises, as well as company-wide training plans for the company’s employees. - Operational HR duties which includes employee onboarding and exit, work pass applications, and HR policy review. Project Management: - Oversee implementation of HRIS and ATS Account Management: - Oversee project delivery for the Human Resource Consulting Division as the main contact point for clients. - Work with a team to provide innovative HR solutions for clients. - Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Partner with organizations to source for suitable candidates in line with their talent and hiring requirements. Consult with clients on HR procedures and provide recommendations for talent acquisition.
