Media Planner on the strategy team, partnering with clients to design and optimize cross-channel media plans that maximize reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Updates and manages brand flowcharts, media authorization forms, and monthly budget trackers. - Assists in analyzing quarterly brand category competitive reports and audience insights. - Manages internal and external brand status reports for bi-weekly Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) meetings. - Supports high-level planning through desk research and media platforms such as Nielson/MRI-Simmons, Wavemaker Architect, etc. - Communicate with internal teams to ensure budgets are spent and paced as planned.

• Maintain and organize admissions applications containing sensitive information. • Initiate, complete, and edit school library catalogue using Excel spreadsheets. • Prepare and mail out welcome packets for admissions. • Report and formulate information through Excel spreadsheets to facilitate Exmissions to ongoing schools.
Assist lead teacher with planning of the curriculum, instruct and supervise children in social and developmental activities and on trips. Provide one-on-one attention when needed, organize and prep the classroom for the next day. Provide a safe and comfortable environment for children to learn and grow.
