• Manage the end-to-end operations of custom public policy training programs, supporting concept development, program design, and delivery while cultivating relationships with faculty and external/internal partners. • Collaborate with and support the Director of Strategic Initiatives in developing high-impact programs and advance strategic priorities across executive education, partnerships, and non-degree credential offerings.
• Created e-learning platforms for training courses; collaborated with stakeholders/faculties to deliver high-quality/efficiency material • Managed and updated the department websites for program recruitment and marketing; utilized Canva and Adobe graphic design tools to create posters for program advertisement
