Fills IVs, performs compounding, works with various pharmaceutical machines to ensure proper distribution Monitors and prioritizes workflow for other pharmacy technicians Performs booking duties such as medical billing, pharmacy purchasing, and inventory management Ensures medication availability by delivering medications to patients and departments in an inpatient environment Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed medications and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; removing outdated drugs
· Entering prescriptions and verifying appropriate information · Contacting patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues · Processing prescriptions (from intake to order completion) · Resolving customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
- Receive and answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns relating to claims, warranties, and product servicing - Coordinate service for customers using various providers to resolve the customers' concerns - Settle claims according to contract terms and conditions - Maintain and update customer account records as needed - Forward suspected fraudulent and questionable claims to appropriate personnel - Coordinate with immediate supervisor or other personnel as needed to resolve claims and issues not of routine nature - Attend workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to maintain and update product knowledge - Maintain professionalism with all contacts, both internal and external - Delivers service and support to end users via the telephone, chat, email, remote services, knowledge bases and app links. - Provides excellent customer service and ownership for a solution. - Manipulates the computer system and uses a variety of tools and search engines. - Maintains professionalism and a strong sense of servitude with all contacts, both internal and external. - Seeks new product information and trends to feed back information internally. - Identify and escalate issues when unable to resolve. - Adapt to customer knowledge level. - Provide appropriate expectations in a timely and efficient manner. - Representatives may be required to perform other job related duties as directed by a member of management to meet business needs and objectives.
