After spending 5 years in the automotive industry (Renault/Volvo trucks and Jaguar Land Rover) in outbound and inbound finished vehicle distribution, I have now expanded my knowledge in the freight forwarding industry by evolving in multiple senior roles in operations, customer onboarding, outsourcing and operational excellence. My experience over the last few years have given me a solid background in supply chain, project/contract and people management as well as business improvement and foreign entity expansion. I particularly enjoy working in fast pace environments where customer service, delivery precision, quality, and cost/process optimisation are key words. Finally I am fascinated by foreign business cultures being from a multicultural family. I am verbally fluent in Cantonese and bilingual in English and French.
