With over 18 years of hospitality leadership experience and a proven track record in hotel operations, I currently serve as the General Manager of the Staybridge Suites Vero Beach, proudly managed by Great Lakes Management Group. I was part of this property from its new-build opening in 2019 and have since overseen all aspects of hotel performance — from pre-opening planning and team development to driving guest satisfaction and profitability. Prior to this role, I held multi-property management positions with OTO Development, leading both the Residence Inn Port St. Lucie and Hampton Inn (formerly Best Western Key Ambassador) in Key West. My background also includes roles as Accounting Manager and Assistant General Manager within the Hilton brand family, where I honed a strong understanding of financial oversight, operational efficiency, and service excellence. Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Manager with NASA with contractors Bionetics and Lockheed Martin, where I developed project management and leadership skills that continue to guide my results-driven approach today. I am passionate about creating welcoming environments where guests feel at home, and about empowering teams to deliver consistent, exceptional experiences that drive long-term success.
