My role originates from commencing my career as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer after completing my studies at the University of Natal. I am driven by the ability to solve problems and furthermore thrive on challenges and the achievement of positive results and outcomes. I would like to suitably and valuably apply myself in an advanced environment where I will be afforded opportunities for imparting my knowledge and experience onto others, as well as have further opportunities for growth, self development, training and job stability. I have gained vast experience in procurement (Technical Aspects), procurement and contracts management, Supplier Management, expert in Mechanical Products and Services, including auditing and approving Engineering Contractors. I have an expert understanding of the full end to end Supply Chain process. I have an extensive supplier network and worked with multiple local and international companies. From this experience I have learnt where the value and risk lies, including how to integrate customer specifications to achieve the best cost and schedule. I believe that with my experience gained thus far, I can add tremendous value to an organization and I further consider myself to be an asset to my future prospective employer.
