I worked in a Bronchoscopy Suite for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. I rotate between working in the pre/post procedural recovery unit and as first assistant in the procedural suite. I assist with both therapeutic and diagnostic bronchoscopies. I also provide on-call service and assist with emergency procedures.
Worked on a Level 1 Trauma ICU. Participated in secondary and tertiary patient assessment and stabilization of trauma patients. Coordinated, assisted with, and documented patient interventions and procedures. Assessed patients and families physical, mental, and emotional needs and adjusted care and education accordingly. Working in a Medical Intensive Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic Foundation Main Campus. Provided direct nursing care according to hospitals policies and protocols. Monitored, recorded, communicated and implemented patient interventions based on patient’s condition. Provided timely and effective interventions and adjusted care plans accordingly. Serves as the primary coordinator of patient care within an interdisciplinary environment. ACLS and BLS certified.
Worked as a RN-BSN on the Heart Failure-Cardiac Step Down Unit. Became proficient at recognizing cardiac dysrhythmias and implementing interventions in a timely and effective manor. Effectively communicated to patients and family about self care, medications and follow-up care. Coordinated patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
