Thermal Management HW Components of HVAC, Cooling systems, Fan System and Roof Cooler
• Preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP) and tooling for new product launches for the tractors plant • Supported insourcing activities for the Transmission assembly line at the Curitiba plant - managing CAPEX, tooling, and overseeing major activities • Working in the Continuous Improvement area, applying Lean Manufacturing tools in production areas such as SMED, Standard Work, and VSM, participating in and leading projects aimed at eliminating waste and improving processes
• Monitoring production processes and updating SOPs in the Transmission Business Unit • Supporting the workplace organization pillar in the shop floor by analyzing assembly ergonomics and reducing non-value-added movements • Controlling and developing KPIs related to transmission rejections on test benches • Supporting internal process audits
• Supported the structural/mechanical area in project development, creating 2D and 3D drawings (AutoDesk Inventor), and subsequently contacting suppliers; • Updated inspection reports for pressure vessels, transformers, and pipelines conducted using Acoustic Emission; • Developed technical reports on the Acoustic Emission method applied to the detection of leaks, corrosion, cracks, and partial discharges.
