• Own entire payroll process for full-service Workday Managed Services client; primary contact for payroll inquiries; manage payroll communication across multiple corporate levels for client • Research and resolve tenant configuration issues and incorrect pay results; perform testing scenarios; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business and payroll goals • Perform needs analysis on organizational, participant, performance, and task levels; identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client Workday experience • Provide support for Workday release updates and coordinate testing with team leads from different departments to ensure seamless deployment • Build and maintain custom reports (advanced, matrix); create and load EIBs on a weekly basis; assist in data analysis • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of payroll and HR data
